Our goal is to achieve a successful closing with our clients. The Kuchar Team The Kuchar Team was created by Matt Kuchar. His team consist of professional agents that are honest, have a high level of intregity and are dedicated to creating long lasting relationships with their clients. We work in a team environment focusing on providing the best customer service possible. Our successful team includes: Team Leader ~ MATTHEW KUCHAR Matt began his real estate career in1990 in Orlando Florida where he worked at an site sales agent at a new development. Within 2 years Matt had achieved the top salesperson in the company and was promoted to Sales Manager. In 2000, Matt joined Century 21 in Fort Myers FL where he won the distinguished award, "Rookie of the Year" with 42 closed transactions. Matt utilitzed his professional management skills and real estate expertise and began building an successful team of agents until they the top Century 21 team in Fort Myers. In 2003, Matt started his own real estate company called Key Real Estate with 12 agents he had recruited. His new company grew to 26 agents with over 2 million dollars in gross closed commissions. In mid 2006, Matt sold the company and relocated to the Denver area. Matt has successfully earned several designations in the real estate industry. He has the Graduate of Real Estate Institute Designation (GRI) and he is a Foreclosure Intervention Specialist (FIS). Matt specializes in REO bank owned properties and short sale properties. Since relocating to Denver, Matt joined Keller Williams Executives Realty and is in the process of building an elite sales force to assist buyers and sellers in the Greater Denver Area. Matt is a Member of The Agent Leadership Council, is an office mentor for new agents, won the Champion of Culture Award for 2008 and has recently achieved the 2008 Individual Award for Keller Williams Executives. Matt is an excellent negotiator with an expertise in lead generation and internet marketing. His success can be attributed to his passion for real estate and striving to be the best real estate agent he can be. In Matt's free time, he is very active in his church, volunteers at the homeless shelter and coaches high school hockey. Buyer's Agent / Broker Associate ~ MARTY VILLAREAL Marty Villareal is originally from Wyoming and was raised in Colorado. After spending the majority of her time in the Denver area, Marty relocated to Spokane, Washington. Marty started her real estate career in 2003 with Gregg Jones & Associates and partnered with her sister, Dolores Hudson to form an award winning Sister Team. They specialized in listing and selling homes, condos and new construction in the Spokane area. In Oct. of 2004, Marty joined Keller Williams Realty where she built the successful Villareal Team consisting of 2 Buyer’s Agents and an Assistant. Marty was very active in the Spokane Association of Realtors as well as being selected to serve on several different committees at Keller Williams. She was very involved in The Action Leadership Council and KW Cares, a non-profit organization. Marty believed in giving back to her community. She belonged to a Service Club that benefitted Battered Women and assisted with the Meals on Wheels Program. After relocating back to the Denver area, Marty joined The Kuchar Team at Keller Williams Executives as the Exclusive Senior Buyer's Agent. Marty's main focus is on assisting buyers in their home searches. Whether they are looking for their first home, an investment property, a primary residence or vacation home, Marty will excel in exceeding their expectations. Marty has a passion for working with all buyers, she especially enjoys helping first time homebuyers. Marty is dedicated to finding the perfect home for her buyer's. She is very well versed on the Denver market and specializes in selling new construction, resale homes, condos and townhomes. Marty has a strong desire to succeed for her clients. She focuses on finding the best deal for her clients and works towards providing a successful closing while assisting her buyers in the closing process every step of the way. In Marty's free time she likes to play tennis, mountain hiking and gourmet cooking. Marty is an active volunteer throughout the Denver area including Meals on Wheels. Marty comes from a large family with 9 brothers and sisters and has a daughter and son. Office Administrator / Broker Associate ~ BRIDGET FAIRBROTHER Bridget is originally from Chagrin Falls, Ohio. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA in Communications/Advertising and a Minor in Business Administration. Bridget began her real estate career in 1993 where she handled annual and seasonal rentals and assisted the Director with running the day to day operations of the Rental Department in Bonita Springs, FL. Bridget then joined Prudential Florida Realty in Naples, FL as a Licensed Personal Assistant for a top producing team. Her responsibilities included handling the advertising and marketing, administration and client services for her award winning team. Her team focused on selling properties in upscale golfing and beach communities. In 2003, Bridget accepted a position as Office Manager with Gulfstream Realty Group where she assisted the President of the Company with running a boutique real estate office in Naples FL. Bridget focused on managing the day to day operations, advertising and marketing for the company and assisted the Managing Broker with client care. Bridget also worked closely with a custom home award winning green builder, Gulfstream Homes, Inc. She worked with her team handling on site sales for the new construction products. Her specialty lies in assisting her clients in listing and buying single family homes, condominiums, vacant land and new construction. In August of 2008, Bridget and her family relocated to the Denver area. In October of 2008, Bridget joined The Kuchar Team as the Office Administrator. Her responsibilities include assisting the Team Leader with managing the real estate business. She handles client care services, transaction coordination, administration, and the advertising and marketing for the team. Bridget is also a licensed real estate broker. In her free time, Bridget spends time with her husband Dave and her three children, Madelyn, Matt and Molly. Bridget likes to be outdoors, enjoys skiing and the new mountain lifestyle. Bridget is an active member of The Gamma Phi Beta Sorority Denver Alumni Group.
